If the item you purchased did not meet your expectation for any reason, we will be happy to refund you your full purchase price less shipping and handling, within 30 days of your receipt of the item. No refunds will be given after 30 days.

Notification is required before returning or exchanging merchandise.

Exchange only, up to 60 days. No exchanges after 60 days.

We warranty the craftsmanship of any jewelry item for one year from date of purchase. The warranty covers any problems occurring as a result of craftsmanship. At our discretion we will either repair or replace the item at no extra cost, including postage.
